Refund Policy

1. Advance Payment

The 50% advance payment is non-refundable once work has begun, as it covers initial planning, research, and development time already invested.

2. Project Cancellation by Client

If you cancel the project after work has started but before delivery, you will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date. Any amount exceeding work completed will be refunded.

3. Project Cancellation by Mohit Stack

If Mohit Stack cancels the project for any reason, a full refund of all payments made will be issued within 7 business days.

4. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with the delivered work, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue through revisions. Refunds for completed and delivered work are issued only at our sole discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email your refund request with your project details and reason via the contact form on the homepage. We will respond within 3 business days.
